Socialidea has obtained UNI/PdR 125:2022 Certification for gender equality, a journey that has recognized and confirmed our commitment to promoting best practices and awareness on issues related to gender equality, the valorization of diversity, and women's empowerment.
People are our soul, and we want them to feel valued in a climate of respect, inclusiveness, and fairness.
The certification aims to make tangible and measurable initiatives to promote gender equity in selection processes, career management, and compensation, to foster the right balance between work and private life, and to protect the work environment by supporting activities for the prevention of gender-based discrimination and abuse.

The Socialidea team participated in an engaging training on diversity & inclusion, inclusive language, and textual accessibility. The experience provided us with valuable tools and perspectives to strengthen our commitment to creating an increasingly open, inclusive work environment oriented toward continuous evolution.
This journey is just one of the milestones that led us to renew our certification for gender equality for 2025. We continue to commit ourselves so that every person at Socialidea feels recognized, heard, and an integral part of our shared growth.
