For a fairer and more inclusive work environment: Socialidea achieves UNI/PdR 125 Certification

We are pleased to share an important milestone for us at Socialidea:

We have obtained the UNI/PdR 125 Certification, the Italian standard dedicated to gender equality in the workplace.

A recognition that goes beyond the symbolic: it is the result of a concrete journey involving our entire team and reflecting a very specific vision of business, corporate culture, and social responsibility.

Why we chose this path

Socialidea is a web agency composed of young, curious, empathetic people who are passionate about technology and attentive to social issues. Gender equality, inclusion, the enhancement of talent, and people's well-being have always been part of our identity. Achieving UNI/PdR 125 was not a simple “check” to add to a list of goals for us, but a way to formalize and strengthen a commitment we carry forward every day. As our founder, Stefano Battocchio, says: “The certification was a natural step for us. People are the heart of our reality, and we want them to feel valued in a respectful and fair environment. We have worked hard on dialogue, training, and the creation of processes that help us truly evolve.”

Not just respect, but common growth

The certification process has allowed us to:
define clearer and more transparent company policies on recruitment, promotion, and work-life balance;
* create opportunities for listening, sharing, and constructive feedback;
* launch internal training initiatives on the themes of inclusion and respect;
* provide continuity to a distributed leadership model, where everyone can contribute to change.

Our commitment does not end here. The certification is not a destination, but a tool to improve every day.

Towards a more conscious work culture

We live in a time when more and more companies choose to take a stand, to share how they face challenges related to equity, safety, and equality. We believe that those working in communication have the duty – and the opportunity – to lead by example. As Sara Rancati, our Head of Content & Project Management, says: “Every initiative that supports an inclusive corporate culture is a step towards a new idea of business, founded on respect, ethics, and shared growth.” And we are ready to do our part.
