OVERVIEW
From service complexity to digital simplicity
Peranziani is the platform that helps families and caregivers navigate the world of eldercare services. To support the project's evolution, it was necessary to overcome the limitations of a site no longer aligned with current standards, transforming it into a modern, high-performing tool capable of conveying immediate trust.
The objective: to create an intuitive digital ecosystem that simplifies the connection between demand and supply in an extremely sensitive social domain.

APPROACH
Replatforming and autonomy: a tailored ecosystem
The project originated from a complete overhaul of the frontend and user experience. We implemented a total UI redesign to build a visual language based on clarity, accessibility, and authority. In parallel, we introduced a modular technological architecture that gave the internal team full editorial autonomy.
We worked to reduce every friction point in navigation, ensuring graphic and functional consistency that guides users through the most difficult decision-making phases. Every technological choice was aimed at making the platform scalable and easy to manage, eliminating past technical dependencies.

THE CHALLENGE
Transform the search for care into a natural, immediate, and obstacle-free journey.
The core of the intervention was rethinking the search engine: we moved from rigid logic to a territory-based system with dynamic filters by service type. We optimized content scannability and information hierarchy, making every response quick and reliable. Today Peranziani is a solid digital tool, where UX and technology work together to simplify choices that change people's lives.
